A simple approval checklist for packs, variable names, branding and reorders.
Choose a pack and count the people
Start with the number of physical cards needed and check the available pack options on the product page. Quantity counts packs when a pack is selected, so two 25-card packs represent 50 cards.
Decide whether every card uses the same artwork or each needs a different name, number or code. A single shared design and a personalised batch require different file preparation. Contact support before ordering a batch with complex personalisation.
Approve the shared design first
Check the logo, colours, business name and support details in the final file. Keep the layout readable at the finished 85.6 × 54 mm size and leave space around the cut edges.
If you need an expiry date, member number or signature area, decide its position before preparing individual files. Avoid squeezing extra fields into the design after the batch has been created.
Match each record to its artwork
For personalised files, use consistent filenames and check for duplicate member numbers, misspelled names and missing photographs. Keep the front and back for each person clearly paired.
Do not upload an unrelated customer database. Agree with support which final printable files are required. The standard upload accepts at most 20 files per product, so a large personalised batch needs preparation before checkout.
Keep a clean version for reorders
Save the approved master artwork on your device with a version name. Keep a record of which layout and fields were used for the batch so later additions can match it.
Before a reorder, check that phone numbers, website addresses, terms and expiry fields are still current. A repeat order should use the intended final file rather than assuming an older attachment will be reused.
