Ram Darbar Photo Frames

Ram Darbar photo frames

The Ram Darbar shows Shri Ram and Sita on a throne with Lakshman and Bharat, and Hanuman kneeling at their feet with folded hands. It is one of the most complete family pictures in the Hindu tradition, which is why it is a favourite for a home mandir and for a housewarming gift. These 10 frames show it in different styles.

Styles

A flower-arch version has marigold and rose garlands hanging above the throne with petals scattered on the floor, which is festive for Ram Navami and Diwali. A carved-hall version is painted in brown and gold. A starry-night version sets the darbar under a crescent moon and galaxy. A miniature-painting version uses red and gold curtains and a temple tower behind. A bright version uses a pale sky behind the arch.

The figures are small, so a larger frame shows the faces best. If you want a single portrait of Ram instead, see Shri Ram frames, and for Hanuman alone, Hanuman frames. The whole range is in God photo frames.
