Retro photo print packs
A retro pack is a set of small prints with a white border, in the style of old instant photographs, sold in fixed quantities. This page has 5 pack sizes: sets of 9, 16, 18, 27 and 36 prints.
The pack size is the main decision. Nine prints fit a three-by-three grid on a wall, sixteen a four-by-four, and eighteen two rows of nine across a mantel or a wall strip. Twenty-seven and thirty-six are for a big photo wall or an album of a whole trip or event. Because the prints are small, choose photos with clear faces and simple backgrounds, and keep the tone consistent: all from one holiday, or all in a similar colour, looks better than a random mix.
They are a popular gift for a friend's birthday or a couple's anniversary, and a good way to put photos on a wall without frames.
For other small print styles, see polaroid and instant prints, and for larger sizes, photo prints by size. The whole range is in photo printing online.
