How do I place an order?
Choose a design, add your photos or text on the product page, add it to the cart and pay at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are made after you place them. Allow about 1 day to prepare your items and 4 to 7 days for delivery across India. Remote areas can take longer.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 or more. Below that, shipping is ₹60 for frames and most items (₹80 for PVC-card-only orders). The charge is shown at checkout.
What payment methods can I use?
Cards, UPI, net banking and wallets through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not available.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Use the track order page while signed in, or ask us for your order status on WhatsApp.
What photo should I upload?
The original file from your phone or camera, as sharp as possible. Screenshots and photos forwarded through chat apps are compressed and may print soft. See why uploaded files print blurry.
Which frame size should I choose?
Our frames come in 8 × 12 inch and 12 × 18 inch. The size guide shows where each one works best.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with a photo of the item and the packaging. See the return policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Within 24 hours of placing it. After that, production may have started.
Can I change the delivery address?
Contact us right away. If the order has not shipped yet, we can update the address.
Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout.
Do you ship outside India?
No, we ship within India only.
Are your PVC cards official documents?
No. Cards such as Aadhaar, PAN or driving licence copies are private prints of your own documents for convenience. They are not issued by the authority and do not replace the original.
