Shipping Policy
Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 or more. Below ₹999, photo-frame shipping is ₹60. Made-to-order products typically arrive in 5 to 8 days.
GiftKida ships across India. Most items are made after you order, so please allow time for preparation as well as delivery. This page explains what shipping costs, how long an order takes, and what to do if you need to change something.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in India only; we do not ship outside India. You can send an order straight to someone else as a gift by entering the recipient's address at checkout.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 or more. Below ₹999, shipping is ₹60 for photo frames and most other products (₹80 for PVC-card-only orders). The final shipping charge is shown at checkout.
Preparation and delivery time
Allow about 1 day to prepare your made-to-order items and 4 to 7 days for delivery across India. Most orders arrive around 5 to 8 days after ordering; remote areas may take longer.
Photo frames, collages, photo prints and PVC cards are all made after you order. We check your photos and details first, then print and pack the order.
Tracking your order
Use the track order page while signed in to see the status of your orders. You can also ask us for an update on WhatsApp or by email with your order number.
Changing the delivery address
Contact us right away. If the order has not shipped yet, we can update the address; once it has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Damaged in transit
If an order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. The steps are in our refund and return policy.
