ID photo printing
This page has 3 packs of photos for identity cards and application forms.
- School and college ID photos: a sheet of eight photos sized for ID cards, a typical need when an institute asks every student for a photo.
- Employee ID photos: a sheet sized for staff ID cards, with a plain background, the usual requirement for an office pass.
- Government exam and job application photos: sheets sized for the passport-style photos that exam and recruitment forms ask for.
Sizes and background rules differ by school, company and exam, and some forms ask for a particular height, width or background colour, so check the instructions in your form or notice first. Upload one clear, recent photo and tell us the size you need by choosing the matching pack.
If you also need a plastic ID card, PVC ID card printing covers visitor, event and staff cards. For other photo sizes, see passport size photos, stamp size photos, visa photos and ID, passport and visa photo printing.
