How personalisation works
You pick a design, then add the details it asks for on the product page: usually your photos, a name and a date or short message. Frames are made in two sizes, 8 × 12 inch and 12 × 18 inch, with a black or white frame.
Good photos make the biggest difference. Use the original image files, not screenshots, and choose pictures with clear faces and good light. Delivery
Personalised items cannot be returned for a change of mind once printing has started, so check the names, dates and photos before you confirm. For a damaged or defective order, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
