Match the two sides, choose the right card quantity and avoid mixing files between people.
Work out what belongs on each side
Inspect the original document before preparing the upload. The reverse may include an address, conditions, a code or other information that does not appear on the front. Supply both sides when both should appear on your printed copy.
Check that both sides belong to the same person or vehicle. This is especially important when preparing several documents from a shared folder. Printing the wrong reverse is difficult to spot from the front alone.
Use one clear pairing method
You can supply a PDF containing the relevant sides or separate image files. For separate files, use a consistent name such as card-01-front and card-01-back. For several people, keep each person’s pair together in that naming scheme.
Keep both images upright, with the same intended orientation. Avoid a collage containing several tiny cards on one image. If the PDF includes unrelated pages, prepare a copy containing only what you want printed.
Check quantity separately
A front file plus a back file normally describes the two faces of one card, not two cards. Set the product quantity to the number of physical cards you want, or the number of packs for a pack product.
There is a limit of 20 files per product upload. If you need a larger batch with many distinct files, contact support first. Do not rely on the upload count to communicate a complicated batch arrangement.
Review before adding to cart
Check the selected filenames and previews, then open your source files once more if anything is unclear. Confirm that text, photographs and codes are not cropped at an edge.
If you discover a mistake after placing the order, contact support with the order reference promptly. Changes depend on whether production has started; the cancellation and refund policies explain the applicable terms.
