The abbreviation PMJAY looks odd until you realise how often it is said aloud at a hospital help desk. Staff ask whether you have the PMJAY card, relatives say it quickly on the phone, and the family goes looking through a gallery full of screenshots. Having a hard-wearing PMJAY PVC card ready spares everyone that hunt, and this page shows how to get one made from your own file.
One thing must be clear from the start. What we print is a private copy of your own PM-JAY e-card file. It is not issued by the National Health Authority or by any state health agency, and it does not alter your eligibility or your cover in any way. It is a neat, durable duplicate, nothing more, and a PMJAY PVC card is easy to replace.
PMJAY PVC Card: Understanding the Scheme Name
PM-JAY is the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, the health protection scheme that is also known by the name Ayushman Bharat. Families who qualify can be listed as beneficiaries, and a beneficiary can be given an e-card that carries the details of the person and, in many cases, the household. The e-card is usually generated through the beneficiary portal or a verified centre, and it can be downloaded as a PDF or an image.
That downloaded e-card is the file you can send us. The scheme rules, the hospitals that take part and the treatments covered are all set by the authorities, and the official PM-JAY website is the place to read them.
How This Differs From Our Ayushman Page
We have a page for the Ayushman card on PVC, and it prints the same kind of file. Some people think of the document as the Ayushman card, and others as the PMJAY e-card. This page is for people who use the second phrase. Whichever page you use, the card you receive is made the same way, from whatever file you upload.
What a PMJAY PVC Card Looks Like
A PMJAY PVC card is a rigid plastic card measuring 85.6 mm by 54 mm with rounded corners, which is the size of your debit card. The front and back show the details that your e-card file shows, including scheme names, the beneficiary's name and any identifying numbers or QR code.
We do not retype, correct or move a single line. A file that is clear and well framed produces a card that looks crisp. A file that is blurred produces a card that looks blurred, so a minute spent on the file is time well spent.
When a Family Reaches for This Card
Consider the situations in which people find themselves hunting for the e-card.
- A relative is being admitted and the desk asks for the card straight away.
- The person holding the phone is not the person who knows the password.
- A grandparent travels to another city for treatment and carries only a bag.
- A printed e-card has lost its sharpness after a few weeks in a file.
- A younger family member lives far away and wants to send a card home.
In all of these, a card sitting in a wallet is quicker than any search.
PMJAY PVC Card: Choosing Your Upload
For a PMJAY PVC card, select the beneficiary card rather than a hospital invoice. Check each family member's document separately before attaching it to a cart item.
For a PMJAY PVC card, any of the following will work.
1. The PM-JAY e-card PDF saved from the portal. It keeps the text and the QR code razor sharp. 2. A flat scan of your printed e-card, both sides. 3. A pair of photographs taken beside a window, one for each side.
We accept up to 50 MB per file, in PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP. If your PDF is protected, upload it and enter the password in the box that appears, or tick that it opens without one. No field on this page asks for your card number.
Your PMJAY PVC Card Order, Step by Step
1. Press Upload files in the order box. 2. Pick the PDF, or the two images. 3. Enter the password when asked. 4. Choose how many cards you want, from one to ten. 5. Add to cart, give the delivery address and pay online.
A progress bar shows each upload, and a Retry link appears for any that fail.
Taking a Good Photograph of a Printed e-Card
Not everyone has the PDF. If you only hold the printout, treat the photograph with care. Put the sheet on a plain table, near a window but out of direct sun. Hold the phone parallel to the sheet, tap the card to focus, and wait for the focus to settle before pressing the shutter. Check that the corners and the edges are all visible.
Do not use the flash, and avoid beauty filters. They can wash out small print. Do not photograph a screen showing the e-card either, because glare and the fine dot pattern come through in the print.
Easy Ways to Spoil a PMJAY Card Print
- A screenshot with a notification bar crossing the top.
- A crop that clips part of the QR code.
- A slanted photograph that makes the card look like a kite.
- A file of a different person mixed into the order.
- A tiny image saved by a messaging application.
PMJAY PVC Card Price and Delivery
A PMJAY PVC card costs ₹50 for printing on both sides. A pmjay e card pvc order has the same per-card price for one person or ten. Delivery is free when the order passes ₹999. The cards are made in 1 day, and the courier brings them in 5 to 8 days to any address in India.
An order can hold one card or ten. Many families print pmjay card copies for each adult member and keep a spare in the folder with the other medical papers.
What the Card Is For and What It Is Not
A pm jay pvc card is a durable copy of your e-card. It helps you quote the details correctly, show them quickly and keep them in one place. It does not by itself give you any benefit, and it does not prove that you are covered. A hospital will check your eligibility through the official system, and may also ask for a photo identity.
Please do not assume that a printed card will be accepted everywhere. We make no such promise. Keep the digital e-card on your phone as well, in case a counter asks to see it.
A Short Guide to Reading Your e-Card
Before you send the file, take a moment to understand what you are looking at. The e-card normally shows the beneficiary's name, an identity or card number, and a QR code, and in some versions a list of members or the scheme logos. Each state may lay it out a little differently. That is normal, and we print whatever layout your file has.
What matters is that the file is complete. Scroll through it and make sure nothing is cut off, that the QR code sits whole inside its square, and that the text has not been squeezed to one side. If the PDF has two pages, send both. If it shows only the front, say so by uploading what you have, and we will print it as it is.
Planning ahead helps before a hospital visit. People often prepare for a hospital stay by gathering papers in a hurry. A calmer way is to prepare ahead. Put your pmjay e card pvc copy in the wallet, keep the digital e-card on the phone, and carry a photo identity. Add a note with the name of the family member who knows the details, in case the patient cannot speak for themselves. When everything is in one pouch, the desk staff can do their work quickly and the family can stay with the patient.
Remember that rules and procedures differ between hospitals and states. The card is a convenience, and the official system decides eligibility.
For Seniors Who Prefer Cards to Phones
Many older people use phones only to call. For them, a PMJAY PVC card in a familiar pocket is a real help. Fix a place for the pvc pmjay card, tell the family where it lives, and put a small coloured sticker on the wallet so it is easy to spot. A card that is always in the same place is a card that is always found. A pm jay pvc card kept beside the bank card and the phone charger is hard to forget, and if a grandchild is nearby, ask them to check once a month that the card is still where it should be. A pvc pmjay card that lives in one fixed spot will always be found.
Ordering for Someone Else
Ask the person receiving the PMJAY PVC card to approve the file before you upload it. They should know which personal details will appear on the printed copy.
Many a pmjay card print order comes from children living in a city, for parents in a village. If you are placing one, ask your parent to send the PDF or a clear photograph, order from your phone and type their address. The parcel goes straight to their door.
Write the family's PMJAY details on a slip, if they are not on the card, and keep it with the card. Tell your parent where it lives, so that anyone in the family can find it during an emergency.
Looking After Other People's Files
A PM-JAY e-card holds a family's details. Treat any file you have been given as private. Ask before you use it, place one order for each family, and delete the file from your phone once the order is paid. Never forward it to a group.
When Something on the File Is Wrong
We print what the file shows. If the name is spelled in a way that does not match the family's other papers, or a member is missing, the card will show exactly that. A print service cannot change it, and it should not. Fix the details through the official channel, get an updated e-card, and upload the new file.
Keeping Your PMJAY PVC Card in Good Shape
A PMJAY PVC card is happy with a soft dry cloth. Keep it away from a hot dashboard and from tight back pockets. If it ever wears out, the file you sent is enough to make another.
After You Order
Inspect the PMJAY PVC card on arrival and compare it with the source. A clean print does not confirm eligibility or approval for a particular treatment.
You get a confirmation email as soon as you pay, then updates while the parcel travels. The track your order page shows where it is whenever you want to look.
