PVC PAN card print online: a sturdy copy of your PAN
Your PAN card is something you hand over often, and the one in your wallet gets scuffed fast. This service prints your PAN details on a rigid PVC card the same size as a debit card, so the copy you carry stays clean and readable. You upload your PAN as an e-PAN PDF or as photos of the front and back, and we print it in full colour and deliver it across India.
What you get
- Your PAN on PVC, cut to 85.6 by 54 mm with rounded corners.
- Front and back printed from the files you upload.
- A smooth surface that wipes clean.
- ₹50 for each card, with free delivery on orders above ₹999.
When a PVC PAN copy is handy
- You carry your PAN in your wallet and the paper copy has worn out.
- You want a spare for a family member.
- You want a neat card for an ID folder instead of a folded printout.
Your options for a plastic PAN
- Order a physical PAN card through the official channels. This is how a new or reprinted PAN card is issued.
- Take your e-PAN to a local print shop for a laminated copy.
- Use PVC PAN card print online: upload your file and we print it on PVC and deliver it.
The first route is for the official card. The other two are copies, and they do not replace your PAN card. GiftKida is a private printing business. We do not issue, change or verify PAN cards.
Where to get your PAN file
If you have an e-PAN, it is a PDF issued through the Income Tax Department. You can download an e-PAN, or request an instant e-PAN with your Aadhaar, from the Income Tax e-filing portal. The e-PAN PDF is password protected, and the password is your date of birth in the format DDMMYYYY. Upload the PDF here and type the password when we ask.
If you only have the original card, photograph the front and back flat, in daylight, with all four corners in the picture. You can also keep your PAN in DigiLocker and download the PDF from there. Our guide shows how to get your e-PAN PDF and print a PVC PAN card.
What a PAN card shows
A PAN card has your name, your father's name, your date of birth, your 10-character PAN, your photo and your signature, plus a QR code on newer cards. Check each of them on your file before you upload.
Four checks before you order
- The PAN number is easy to read.
- The photo and signature are not cut off.
- The file shows the front, and the back if you want it printed.
- The password is ready, if the PDF is locked.
Getting a clean print
A PDF is best because the small text and the QR code stay sharp. If you use a photo, lay the card flat on a plain surface in good daylight, keep all four corners in the picture and avoid glare from your phone's flash. Zoom in on the PAN number, name and date of birth. If you can read them easily, so will the printer.
How to order
- Pick how many cards you need.
- Upload your PAN: one PDF, or the front and back as JPG or PNG, up to 50 MB each.
- If your PDF is password protected, enter the password after the upload.
- Place your order.
What happens after you order
When your order is placed, the file is checked for orientation and cut-off edges, and the card is printed in a day. It is packed flat and delivered 5 to 8 days later. If the PDF will not open, we may contact you before printing.
Price and delivery
A PVC PAN card is ₹50 each. Printing takes a day, delivery takes 5 to 8 days, and postage depends on your location. Spend over ₹999 and the postage is free.
Keep your PAN safe
Share your PAN only with people who have a real need for it, and do not post a picture of your PAN online. Download only from the official site, and check that the address ends in .gov.in. Keep your original card or e-PAN for any official use.
