Many workers registered on e-Shram in a queue at a common service centre, took a printout, and then folded it into a pocket where it has been ever since. Months later the paper is limp and the number is half rubbed off. If that sounds familiar, the fix is small: a firm card made from the same file, ready to keep with your other cards.
A plain note before you order. What we print is a private copy of your own e-Shram card. It is not issued by the Ministry of Labour and Employment, and it does not replace your registration or your UAN. It is a hardy duplicate for your own use.
eShram PVC Card: Understanding the Document
The e-Shram portal is a national database of unorganised workers. A person who registers receives a 12-digit Universal Account Number, called the UAN, and a card that shows it. Construction workers, drivers, domestic helpers, street vendors, farm labourers and many others have registered this way.
The e-Shram card carries the worker's photograph and name, the UAN and a QR code, and the reverse side is headed as a worker record. The card can be downloaded from the official portal or the mobile app after you sign in with the registered number, and that download is the file to upload here.
What an eShram PVC Card Looks Like
An eShram PVC card is the same details printed on a stiff plastic card measuring 85.6 mm by 54 mm with rounded corners. It is the size of a bank card, so it slips into a purse, a shirt pocket or the card slot of a wallet.
We print the file exactly as it reaches us. Your name, UAN and photograph appear where your file has them, with nothing retyped, moved or tidied. For that reason a clear file is the single most useful thing you can send.
Why Workers and Families Order It
The need is usually very ordinary.
- Work involves water, dust, sweat and rough hands, and paper cannot take it.
- A phone with a cracked screen or a dead battery is no help at a counter.
- A worker who changes sites often wants one card that always travels with them.
- Children who download the file for a parent want something the parent can hold.
- A contractor registering a gang of workers wants a neat, consistent card for each.
An e-shram pvc card keeps the document flat without relying on a paper sleeve. Protect the surface from scratches and heat as you would any printed card.
eShram PVC Card: Files to Upload
For an eShram PVC card, upload the card document rather than a screenshot of a registration message. Check that the complete document is visible and readable.
Any of these is fine for an eshram card print order.
1. The e-Shram card PDF or image downloaded from the portal or the app. This is the clearest source. 2. A flat scan of the printout you were given at registration. 3. Two photographs in daylight, one of the front and one of the back.
For an e-Shram PVC card the file can be up to 50 MB, as PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP. If the PDF is locked, upload it and type the password in the box that appears, or tick that it opens without one. There is no space on our page for the UAN, because the file already carries it.
How to Order Your eShram PVC Card
It can all be done from a phone.
1. Tap Upload files in the order box on this page. 2. Choose the PDF, or the front and back images. 3. Enter the password if a file asks for it. 4. Choose the number of cards, from one to ten. 5. Add to cart, type the delivery address and pay online.
A progress bar shows each upload of your pvc eshram card files, and if the signal fades you can tap Retry for that file only.
Tips for a Readable Card
A worker's card is looked at quickly by a person who is often busy, so the print should be clear.
Open the file at full size. Is the photograph sharp? Can you read the name and all twelve digits of the UAN without squinting? Does the QR code on the card show clean squares? If you photograph a printout, place it flat on a plain table, near a window, and shoot straight down so the edges are parallel to the picture. Do not photograph a phone screen showing the card, because the pixel grid and glare end up in the print.
Common Slips With e-Shram Files
- A screenshot with the clock, battery and notifications across the top.
- A picture taken at an angle, so the card looks like a trapezoid.
- A crop that cuts off the last digit of the UAN.
- A photograph of a folded printout with the crease right through the photograph.
- A chat-app copy squeezed down to a fraction of the original size.
A Day in the Life of a Worker's Card
Picture a mason who moves between three sites in a month. Every site supervisor or contractor asks for some proof of registration, and the paper printout is pulled out of a back pocket, smoothed on a knee and handed over. By the end of the month it is grey at the folds. An e shram card pvc copy that rides in a wallet or a lanyard pouch avoids that daily wear, and the worker no longer has to explain a crumpled sheet.
The same goes for a domestic worker who travels by bus, a driver whose cabin gets hot, or a vendor whose stall sits in the rain. For all of them, an eShram PVC card is a small, tidy answer to a problem that paper cannot solve.
Helping Others Register and Order
Community volunteers and shop owners often help neighbours with the e-Shram portal, and some then arrange an e shram pvc card for them too. If you do this, remember that you are handling someone's personal information. Ask permission, tell them what the file will be used for, and let them see the order before you pay. Place a separate order for each person so the cards reach the right hands.
Before you pay, run through this short checklist.
- Is this the e-Shram card file and not another document?
- Can you read the name and all twelve digits clearly?
- Is the photograph sharp and complete?
- Are front and back both included?
- Is the address complete, with a pin code and a number that answers?
eShram PVC Card Price and Delivery
Every eShram PVC card is ₹50 including the front and reverse print. An order above ₹999 gets free delivery. We make the cards in 1 day and send them by courier, and they arrive in 5 to 8 days across India.
You can order one card or up to ten, and many workers print eshram card copies for the whole family. A contractor can group several workers into a single cart, but each worker's file should be a separate order so that cards and files stay matched.
What the Card Is For, and What It Is Not
A durable e shram card pvc copy helps you keep your UAN safe and quote it correctly when asked, and to show a clean card at a registration desk or a labour office. It does not give any benefit of its own, and it does not prove that a scheme will apply to you. Having an e-shram pvc card does not change eligibility. Eligibility and benefits are decided by the authorities, and the official e-Shram portal is the place to check them or to update your details.
Offices differ in what they accept, and an eshram card print is a copy, not a new registration. Some happily take a clear copy, and others want the digital record. We do not promise acceptance anywhere. For registration, updating your information or understanding what the UAN is used for, go to the official e-Shram website.
If You Cannot Find Your Card
Workers often know they registered but cannot say where the card went. The portal lets a registered worker download the card again after signing in with the registered mobile number and a one-time code. A common service centre can help too. Once you have the file on your phone, upload it and the eShram PVC card order takes minutes.
If someone else registered you, ask them to send the PDF to your phone or to a family member who can place the order.
Placing an Order for a Parent or a Worker in Your Family
If you work in a city while your parent works in a village, get the file by message, place the order from your phone, and enter your parent's address. The card reaches their home or work site without a trip to a print shop.
Keep a copy of the PDF in your own storage, because an e-shram pvc card can be reordered from it any time. If the card is ever lost or wears out, you can order a new one in a few minutes.
Keeping Your Details Safe
If someone helps you order an eShram PVC card, supervise the file selection. They do not need your account password or an OTP to place a print order from a file you already hold.
The UAN is linked to your registration, so share your card only where it is needed and do not post pictures of it online. If you handle files for other workers, ask for their permission, keep each file with its own order, and delete the files from your phone after you are done.
When Details on the File Are Wrong
We print what the file says. If your name is spelled differently from your Aadhaar, or the date of birth is wrong, the card will show the same thing. Update the details through the official process, download the corrected card, and upload that file for your eshram pvc card. It is better to fix the source than to print a card you will have to replace.
Caring for Your eShram PVC Card
Your eShram PVC card needs only a soft dry cloth. Keep it away from long heat, such as a bike seat in the afternoon sun or a dashboard. Avoid bending it. If it wears out, order a pvc eshram card again from the same file for the same ₹50.
After You Pay
Compare the eShram PVC card with the saved document when it arrives. If the source itself is outdated, update it through the official service before ordering another print.
An email confirms your order as soon as it is placed. The cards are made in 1 day and sent by courier, and updates follow by email. You can follow the parcel on the track your order page.
Other Cards You Can Print Together
- A PVC Aadhaar card for each family member.
- An EPF card printed from your provident fund file.
- A PVC voter ID card from your voter card file.
- The whole PVC cards collection, and our PVC card printing by city and state pages.
Is this the official e-Shram card?
This purchase is a private reproduction. The Ministry of Labour and Employment does not issue it, and your original e-Shram registration remains separate.
Can I print my e-Shram card from the PDF?
Yes. Upload the PDF you downloaded and we print what it shows. A worker who wants to print eshram card details sharply should always start from the PDF.
How many cards can I order?
Up to ten in one order. Place a separate eShram PVC card order for each worker.
Do I have to type my UAN?
No typing is needed: the uploaded card document supplies the UAN. Check its digits before choosing the file.
How long will delivery take?
We prepare the print in 1 day. Expect the parcel in 5 to 8 days and check tracking for updates on its journey.
What if the PDF has a password?
Use the password prompt attached to the uploaded PDF. Enter only the password needed to open that document; an e-Shram account login is not required.
What if my card is lost?
You can buy another copy from the saved document. First check that its details are still current, then submit that file with the replacement purchase.
Upload the highest resolution photo you have for the sharpest print. We warn you before you order if a photo may print soft at the size you chose.
Every order is made after you place it. Allow 1 day to prepare it and 4 to 7 days for delivery across India. Shipping is free on orders above ₹999 and ₹60 below that. Read our shipping policy.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Once the returned product reaches us and is verified, your refund is processed within 24 hours. Personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind once printing has started. Read our return and refund policy.
