Recognise a record change
A vehicle sale, change of owner or update to a finance endorsement is handled through the relevant transport process. A printing service reproduces what you send. Removing a line in an image editor does not update the official record, and printing an old RC after a transfer can leave you carrying outdated information.
Complete the official task first
Use Parivahan and the appropriate state transport service for the process that applies to your vehicle. Requirements depend on the transaction and record, so this guide does not provide a universal document list or fee. Check the current official instructions and obtain the resulting RC when it becomes available.
Order from the resulting document
Read the owner name, registration mark and relevant endorsements in the current file. Keep superseded scans out of the upload folder and pair both sides from the same version. A private PVC copy does not prove that a transfer has been completed; retain the official evidence required for your situation.
