Check the source layout before shrinking a booklet or full-page RC into 85.6 × 54 mm.

Compare the amount of information with the space

A wallet-size card is much smaller than an RC booklet. Shrinking several pages into one image may leave the owner name readable while making conditions and identifiers too small. A high-resolution file prevents some blur but cannot create more physical space for the text. Do not judge suitability only by looking at an enlarged phone preview.

Check a size-accurate draft

If you can, view or print a draft at approximately 85.6 × 54 mm and read it at normal distance. Check the registration mark, owner name, dates and any endorsements. Keep all relevant information; do not remove official content to make a layout look cleaner. A source already arranged as card artwork is usually easier to assess.

Ask before paying for an uncertain layout

Contact GiftKida when the only source is a booklet, long extract or letter. Explain which pages you want reproduced and ask what the existing product can accommodate. Do not assume that an upload automatically includes document redesign. If the information cannot be kept clear, retain a larger copy or use the appropriate official document instead.
