Find the actual registration document rather than printing a receipt or vehicle-search screenshot.

Start with the correct vehicle record

Use the official transport services linked from Parivahan, or an issued document available in DigiLocker or mParivahan for your record. Follow the service’s current authentication process yourself. Available downloads and layouts differ; do not assume that every vehicle-search screen is a downloadable RC. GiftKida’s file-upload product does not retrieve an RC from a registration number.

Separate a certificate from supporting paperwork

A payment receipt records payment, an application acknowledgment records a request, and a search result displays selected information. None is automatically the registration certificate itself. Open the downloaded file and look for the document you intended to reproduce. If only a long extract is available, check whether it is suitable for a small card before placing an order.

Verify the file without changing it

Read the registration mark, owner name and vehicle identifiers. Include the reverse where relevant. If the record is outdated after a transfer or other official change, obtain the current document first. Keep original or issued digital proof available: a private PVC reproduction is a separate convenience copy.
