RC Front and Back: Details to Check Before Printing
Prevent a clear-looking RC card from carrying the wrong vehicle, side or outdated information.

Check one vehicle at a time
Open the front and reverse together and confirm that they belong to the same vehicle. Read the registration mark and owner name; inspect the make, model and printed vehicle identifiers. Do not fill missing characters from memory. If two family vehicles have similar file names, move each set into a separate folder before uploading.
Read the reverse rather than treating it as decoration
The back may contain endorsements, conditions or other information absent from the front. Supply it when that information should appear on the print. Do not use a reverse downloaded for a different vehicle merely because its layout looks similar. A full-page continuation may require a readability discussion before it is reduced.
Check currency and order quantity
Compare your file with any recent official ownership or finance changes. Use the current record, not the most attractive old scan. One front and one back make one card. If ordering more than one vehicle, pair the files explicitly and check upload previews before payment. Printing cannot correct a mismatched or obsolete RC.
