PAN Card Print Online – Prepare Your e-PAN for PVC Printing

Prepare an existing e-PAN PDF or PAN card image for a readable private PVC print: file checks, front and back, mobile uploads and order preparation.

Prepare an existing e-PAN PDF or PAN card image for a readable private PVC print: file checks, front and back, mobile uploads and order preparation.

Start with an existing e-PAN document

An e-PAN card print starts with a document you already hold. Download your own file through the appropriate official provider if you need it first. Our printing service does not look up a PAN from a number, retrieve a document from Aadhaar details or sign in to an e-filing account for you.

Keep the original downloaded PDF on your device. Open it and check that the name, photograph, PAN and any details you intend to print are readable. If a record is incorrect, complete the correction through the official service before preparing a print copy.

Choose a PDF or clear PAN card image

Use a readable PDF rather than a screenshot of a screenshot. If the file is password protected, unlock it with a tool you trust on your own device, save a separate copy and reopen it before uploading. Do not send the password, account credentials or an OTP with the print order.

For a card photograph, use even light and keep the camera square to the card. Avoid glare, fingers and shadows. Include the full boundary and inspect small text at a useful zoom level. Enlarging a blurred image does not recreate missing detail.

PAN card colour print and wallet-size layout

A PAN card copy print on PVC uses the document layout you supply. The listed finished card size is 85.6 × 54 mm with rounded corners. If your PDF is a full-page letter rather than a card-sized layout, ask support which portion and arrangement are needed before ordering; shrinking a whole page can make it unreadable.

Check the photograph, text and any code you expect to scan. A screen preview does not guarantee an identical physical colour match or acceptance by an organisation. We do not add official security features, reconstruct missing information or turn a private plastic print into an issuer-provided card.

Pair the front and back before uploading

A front image and a back image can describe one physical card. Use clear filenames such as card-01-front and card-01-back, and keep each person’s files together. Include the reverse if it contains information you want printed. Do not assume that the number of attachments sets the number of cards.

PDF, JPG, PNG and WebP are supported, up to 10 MB per file and 20 files per product. Use only files you own or are authorised to print. For a batch needing more files, agree the preparation with support before checkout.

Move from file preparation to your print order

On your phone or computer, open the PVC PAN card product, choose the physical card quantity and select the prepared files. Review the listed price, quantity offers and delivery charge in the cart. Ask support to confirm your destination if you are unsure about serviceability; a PIN-code format check is not a courier confirmation.

Downloads of uploaded print files require the owning cart session or administrator access. Read the privacy policy and ask about retention or deletion requirements before uploading. Keep your order reference after checkout and check the payment status shown; adding files to the cart alone does not confirm a paid order.
