Prepare Ayushman Card Files for Several Family Members
Keep beneficiary files and printed quantities separate when helping a family order cards.
Keep beneficiary files and printed quantities separate when helping a family order cards.
Make one file set per beneficiary
A family-related reference does not mean every person uses the same card artwork. Check the name and photograph in each supplied card and keep its sides together. Use private local file names that distinguish the person and side without unnecessarily adding full identity numbers. Obtain permission before uploading another person’s document.
Count cards, not pages
Two sides of one beneficiary’s card make one printed card. A PDF containing several people’s cards is not automatically an instruction to print one of each. Check the product’s quantity and upload controls, and ask support to clarify any mixed file set before paying. If you need duplicate copies for one person, distinguish that request from cards for different people.
Inspect every preview
After uploading, check that the intended current file is present, the sides have not been swapped and no obsolete version remains selected. Remove unrelated medical records or screenshots from the upload set. Printing is separate from beneficiary registration and does not add a relative to a scheme record.
