Ayushman Card Corrections and Status Before Printing

Resolve the scheme record before ordering a physical copy of it.
Separate a print problem from an account problem
A blurred card image is a file-quality problem. A wrong beneficiary name, missing person or unresolved status is a scheme-record question. A printing order cannot resolve the second category. Reproducing the file on PVC preserves the details in that file, including any mistake.
Return to the official beneficiary channel
Use the NHA beneficiary portal, official Ayushman app or the relevant authorised help channel for your record. Follow the current process shown there. This guide does not promise that a particular correction is available or that it will be approved within a set period. Hospital treatment and beneficiary eligibility must be checked with the responsible services.
Download again after the record is settled
Obtain the current beneficiary card and compare the name, photograph, identifiers and QR with the intended person. Keep earlier copies out of the upload set. If your file is an ABHA card instead, use the separate ABHA printing product; it represents a different health-account purpose.
