Prepare ABHA Card Files for a Family Order
Match each person’s health-account file to the intended printed card.
Match each person’s health-account file to the intended printed card.
Use the holder’s own account document
Check the name and ABHA identifiers for every person. An ABHA number is not a family-wide print instruction, and one person’s file should not be copied with a relative’s name added. Obtain permission before uploading a card for another adult and keep the original record unchanged.
Separate the files before uploading
Store each person’s sides together and use clear private file names. Avoid putting full health-account identifiers into public messages merely to organise the order. If a PDF holds several cards, ask support how the intended allocation should be supplied instead of assuming the printer will infer it.
Count and review the intended cards
A front and reverse make one card. Several copies for one holder are different from one card for each of several holders. Check the selected quantity, remove obsolete files and inspect every upload preview. Do not add prescriptions or medical reports to the print order; only the card artwork is needed.
