Check the identifiers in your downloaded health-account card before printing it.

A number and a handle have different formats

ABHA is a 14-digit health-account identifier. An ABHA address is an account handle used in the digital-health ecosystem and can look like a username ending in @abdm. Read the actual identifiers on your document rather than treating one as a spelling variant of the other.

Print the current account’s card

Use the official ABHA portal or authorised service to obtain the card available for your account. Check the account-holder name and identifiers together, particularly when helping family members with similar names. Do not create a new address in a graphics editor or assume a printed number creates an account.

Keep the purpose clear

An ABHA identifier supports digital-health record linking and sharing through participating services and consent processes. It does not itself establish PM-JAY beneficiary eligibility. GiftKida supplies a private copy of your card artwork; it does not register an account, correct the identifiers or add medical records to a plastic card.
