How a KPKB or KPKB-Assist card file becomes a durable PVC print, and what we do and do not do.
What the card is for
Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar (KPKB) runs canteens for central armed police force personnel and their families under the Ministry of Home Affairs. Beneficiaries use a KPKB card, or the digital card in the KPKB-Assist service, to identify themselves at the canteen.
Getting your card file
Get your card or its file only from the official KPKB channels that issue it to you. We cannot access, download or create it for you, and we do not log in to any account on your behalf.
Open the file and check that the name, number and photograph are sharp before you upload it.
Printing it on PVC
A private print is a durable wallet-size copy of the file you supply. It is not issued by KPKB, and whether a canteen accepts it is for KPKB or the canteen to decide. Upload both sides if the card has two, choose the quantity and review the total before payment.
Before you order
Use a clear, complete file with both sides if the card has them. Keep the edges and the photograph inside the frame. If the file is a screenshot, take it again at full size rather than zooming in later, because zooming makes the text blurry.
We print the file as you supply it and do not edit, create or verify card details. If your canteen needs a specific kind of card, ask it before you order.
