Compare each field with the original
Check the owner name in every language present, the registration mark and the vehicle identifiers. Similar-looking Latin letters and digits can be difficult to distinguish in a blurred scan. Do not infer a missing character from the vehicle number or type it from memory. Obtain a clearer source where needed.
Keep Hindi marks and the reverse legible
Inspect vowel marks and joined letters at normal card size. Keep any QR, signature and reverse-side endorsements complete. A dark phone photograph or compressed chat preview may lose fine detail even when its overall layout looks correct. Use the original PDF or a new flat photograph instead.
