Identify what the file represents
An account confirmation, registration message and card-shaped document may have different layouts and purposes. Open the actual file rather than judging a cropped preview. The MahaSarathi service controls which documents are available to your account; this guide does not claim that every registered user receives a particular downloadable card.
Check the reduction at the real size
The PVC printing format is approximately 85.6 × 54 mm. A long letter reduced to that size may make names and identifiers unreadable. Do not remove official content or add seals to make a page look like a card. If the source is not compact artwork, ask support what can be printed clearly before paying.
