What a clean file looks like

A good e-EPIC file shows the photo clearly, the EPIC number in sharp type and every line of the address. If you can read all three on your screen without zooming in very far, your file is ready. If you cannot log in to download it, use clear photos of both sides of your card. If the photo is faded, the print will be faded too, so take the picture in daylight, flat on a table, and check it before you upload. A print is only as sharp as the file behind it.

Be patient with old files

If your file is an old photo, it may be small or tilted. Take a new picture with the card flat on a table, and compare it with the first one. The sharper image will give you the better card. If you ever need another voter card print online, the better picture will save you a second try.
