This is a printing service for Voter ID cards. You send a file, we print it on a rigid PVC card and ship it. There is no form to fill in and no visit to a print shop. You can order from one card up to ten in a single order, which is useful if you are printing for the whole family.

What a Voter ID card printing service can and cannot do

A printing service for a government document is different from the official service. We are a print shop that takes your file and returns a printed card.

• We print the file as it is.
• We do not apply for, replace or correct a Voter ID.
• We do not check your details against any list.

How the service works

• Pick your quantity.
• Upload the e-EPIC PDF, or the front and back images, for each card.
• If a PDF is locked, enter its password.
• We check each file for orientation and cut-off edges, print it and ship it.

• Or a bright, straight photo with all four corners visible and no glare.
• Not screenshots, and not photos taken at an angle.

Voter ID cards for a household or a society

Some people organise cards for their whole family, a housing society or a community group. A few habits save time.

• Ask each person for permission and for their file.
• Make a folder with one sub-folder for each person.
• Name each file with the person's name and the side, for example "Meena front" and "Meena back".
• Check each person's details against their own card.
• Place one order, with the quantity matching the number of files.

If the front and back are swapped in a file, the card will be swapped too, so a moment spent on the names saves a reprint.

An e-EPIC downloaded from the voter service gives you a PDF for each person. If you only have the physical cards, photograph each side in daylight, flat on a table.

Printing in bulk

If you run an office, a society or a community group and want cards for many people, upload a file for each person and set the quantity. The quantity selector goes from 1 to 10, so a larger group can place more than one order. Please get each person's permission first.

After the cards arrive

Hand each card to the person it belongs to, and keep a note of who received which. If a card has a mistake that came from the file, correct the file and order that single card again.

Respect privacy

An EPIC number and an address are personal. Do not post photos of the cards online, and delete the downloaded files from shared computers.

What happens after you order

Each file is checked for orientation and cut-off edges. The cards are printed together, packed flat and sent in one parcel to the address you enter. They are ready in a day and arrive 5 to 8 days later. If one file cannot be opened, we may contact you before printing that card. Give an address where someone will be present to take the parcel, and a phone number you answer.

Why a PVC copy of a Voter ID

A paper Voter ID is handled whenever you register, vote or prove who you are, and it wears at the folds. A PVC copy has the same size as a bank card, keeps its shape and wipes clean. You can keep the e-EPIC PDF as a backup and carry the plastic copy day to day.

Price and delivery

Cards are ₹50 each, from a single card up to ten in one order. They are printed within a day and delivered in 5 to 8 days. Delivery is charged by address and is free once the order passes ₹999. If you are ordering for others, tell them when to expect the parcel, so it is not left at a door.

A word on timing

Cards are ready in 1 day and then travel for 5 to 8 days. If you need them for a date, order with some days to spare, and enter an address where someone will be present to receive the parcel.

Printing only, nothing official

GiftKida does not issue Voter IDs, and the PVC card is not an official card. We print your file exactly as it appears and cannot change any detail.
