Scan before upload

Use at least two phones or camera apps. Confirm that the payment screen shows the intended payee name and UPI ID; cancel the test instead of sending money unless you intentionally make a small verification payment.

Preserve the quiet zone

Keep clear white space around the QR. Do not crop, stretch, recolour or place a logo over important modules.

Test the final export

Scan the exact PDF or image you will upload. After receiving the card, scan it again before displaying it to customers.

Ready to print?

After checking the file, continue to PhonePe QR PVC Card. Upload only the document needed for printing and verify the order details before payment.

Safety note: Use official portals for downloading government documents. These stores provide private printing services and are not government authorities.

Printing a payment QR card?

Once your QR is checked, see our PVC card printing range for QR cards and other PVC cards. Always scan your own QR with a payment app before you order, and use the original file as described in our note on why uploaded files print blurry.
