Decide whether you need an electoral-record correction, an official replacement or only a private print.

Identify which problem you are solving

A spelling error, outdated address or missing electoral-roll entry is a record problem. Putting the same file on plastic will preserve the error. A damaged physical copy with a correct current record is a different situation: you may want an official replacement, a downloaded document or a private convenience print. Decide which outcome you need before paying a printer.

Use the ECI service for record changes

The ECI Citizen Service Portal lists Form 8 for correction, replacement and other applicable services. Read the current form instructions and complete the relevant process yourself. This guide does not promise approval or a processing deadline. Check the resulting record and download the current document when available; do not manually replace official text in an image editor.

Recheck the new file

Open the new document and compare the name, address, photograph and EPIC number. Remove obsolete versions from the upload selection so an earlier file is not printed by mistake. GiftKida’s printing order does not submit an ECI application, change your constituency or update your electoral-roll entry.
