A private EPIC print, an official document and electoral-roll eligibility are different questions.

Check the electoral record first

A PVC copy does not add a person to the electoral roll. Use the official ECI services to check the relevant electoral entry and polling information. If the record needs attention, resolve that through the election authority. Having a wallet card does not itself establish that you can vote in a particular election.

Follow the identification instructions for that election

The documents and verification instructions published for the election concerned are the reference. Do not assume that a private print has every feature of an EPIC issued by the authority or is guaranteed to be accepted. Ask the relevant election office if your situation is unclear and keep the required official proof ready.

Understand what the print order buys

GiftKida reproduces the supplied file on a small PVC card. It does not verify an electoral-roll entry, certify identity or provide official issuance. The copy can be easier to carry, but its physical format cannot change the status of the underlying record. Order only if that private printing purpose is what you need.
