Decide which cards share a recipient and which need separate files before ordering.

Map each counter to its intended QR

List the counters or branches and identify which account should receive their payments. Use the QR actually provided for that setup. Do not assume that copying a different branch’s artwork creates a separate merchant record or settlement destination. PhonePe controls those account arrangements.

Distinguish copies from different recipients

Several copies of one approved QR are different from several different QR files. Label the files by counter or branch and confirm the quantity for each. If the available order control cannot make that allocation clear, contact support before paying. Avoid sending a collage of several QRs to be reduced onto one wallet-size card.

Check and maintain the displayed cards

Scan each intended file and read the recipient name before ordering. When cards arrive, keep them at the matching counter and recheck after an account or QR change. A static card does not confirm that a payment succeeded. Use your own app or banking record to verify incoming money, rather than a customer’s screenshot alone.
