Use the merchant QR image from your own account instead of photographing a sticker.

Get the file from your merchant account

PhonePe’s Business app provides a downloadable payment QR after the relevant account setup. Open the QR section in your own app and use the download option available there. Screen names can change, so use in-app support if the current interface differs. This printing service does not register or activate a merchant account.

Check which counter the QR belongs to

Read the merchant or recipient details associated with the saved code. If you operate several businesses or have changed an account, make sure the file belongs to the intended recipient. Do not send login screens, settlement reports or bank-account credentials as artwork. The downloaded QR image is the file needed for this product.

Test the exact file you will upload

Scan it from another phone and inspect the payee name. Keep the QR square, complete and surrounded by its original clear space. Upload the largest clean original offered by the app, rather than a thumbnail forwarded through several chats. A printed card does not resolve KYC, limits or settlement issues; take those to PhonePe.
