Avoid mixing holders, authorisations and card versions when preparing a household’s print files.

Use the document for the actual holder

Do not assume that one person’s approved card artwork can be reused for every relative. Check the name and photograph on each file and use only documents you are authorised to reproduce. This guide does not decide eligibility for serving personnel, retired personnel or family members; ask the relevant authorised office about your category.

Keep each file set separate

When helping several people, group the sides by holder and distinguish the current version from older scans. Avoid adding full membership numbers to public messages or shared file names merely to organise the order. If the upload instructions cannot clearly express which files go together, contact support before paying.

Count intended cards and inspect every preview

A front and reverse for one person make one card. Several copies of one holder’s card are different from one copy each for several holders. Select the quantity accordingly and confirm any special allocation. Printing does not renew entitlement, update service status or transfer benefits between people. A correctly paired current file is the basis of the print.
