KPKB Approved Card File vs Membership Application

Check whether you have the authorised card document before ordering a private print.
Read what the document actually says
An application receipt, registration confirmation and approved card are different documents. A printer cannot decide membership approval from a similar-looking design. Use the card file supplied through your authorised KPKB channel and confirm any uncertainty with the relevant unit or canteen.
Keep approval outside the print order
KPKB is Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar. The responsible organisation controls beneficiary records, approval and access to its services. Printing a name, photograph or code on PVC does not create those permissions. Do not buy a private copy as a way to obtain eligibility that has not been granted.
Check the approved artwork
Read the holder’s name, identifier and photograph, and include both sides where relevant. A wallet-size print needs a clear source with its code intact. GiftKida reproduces authorised files; it does not generate membership numbers, approve applications or issue an MHA credential. Ask the canteen whether a private copy is appropriate for the intended use.
