Choose an official replacement process when your issued credential needs attention.

Check what was lost or damaged

If you still have a current approved file and want a convenience copy, private printing may be the task you intend. If an issued credential is lost, expired or no longer accepted, ask the relevant KPKB or unit channel what replacement or renewal is required. A physical copy cannot determine the answer.

Keep credentials and access permissions separate

GiftKida prints supplied artwork on PVC. It does not report a lost credential, cancel an old card, activate a replacement or update a beneficiary account. Where the organisation requires a newly issued card or electronic feature, use its authorised process. Do not assume that copying the previous image reproduces those functions.

Prepare the resulting current file

Once you have the appropriate authorised document, inspect its name, photo, identifier and sides. Keep obsolete versions out of the upload set. Ask the canteen about acceptance before relying on a private copy. For printing questions, contact GiftKida with the layout issue rather than sharing a service-account password or OTP.
