The Transport and Road Safety Commissionerate publishes driving-licence information and links to Sarathi. Use the current official service for your record. Download options vary, so a printer should not promise the same card-PDF route for every licence. Complete any authentication yourself.

Check what the saved file represents

An LLR is not a permanent driving licence, and a test or payment acknowledgment is not automatically licence artwork. Read the document title and its contents before uploading. If the available file is a long extract, ask about readability at wallet size rather than shrinking the entire page without checking it.
