Check fine Tamil lettering, identifiers and the reverse at a realistic physical size.
Use the best available source
Open the original licence PDF or a clear scan. Read the Tamil name and any English version, then inspect the licence number and dates separately. Fine marks may be lost in a small messaging thumbnail. A photograph of a phone adds screen pixels and reflections; use the underlying document when available.
Check the card area, not only the file resolution
At approximately 85.6 × 54 mm, a crowded full-page layout can be too small even if it is sharp. Keep the photograph, signature, vehicle classes, conditions and any code intact. Include the reverse when it contains information that belongs on the copy. Ask support before ordering if the source is not already card-shaped.
