A little help before you print
Using a Private PM-JAY Card Print at a Hospital

Check acceptance and scheme requirements directly; a print order does not authorise treatment.
Understand what the card copy does
A private PVC print displays the beneficiary information present in your supplied card file. It does not make a person eligible, confirm that a hospital is empanelled or approve a particular treatment. Its role is a physical copy, not a decision by the scheme or hospital.
Ask the hospital about your situation
Before relying on the copy for an appointment or admission, use the hospital’s relevant help desk or an official scheme channel to confirm the documents and verification required. Requirements and current beneficiary status matter more than whether the file is printed on paper or plastic. Keep your official source document and other requested proof available.
Avoid urgent-print assumptions
Do not delay necessary official checks while waiting for a courier. Printing and delivery estimates are not treatment deadlines or assurances of access. If the original card details are wrong, resolve them through the scheme process; a new PVC surface cannot correct the record. GiftKida supplies the print from your file and does not act as a hospital-registration agent.
