Kerala Driving Licence: Choose an Official Source File

Check which current document your record provides before ordering a private PVC copy.
Start with Kerala MVD or the national service
Use the Kerala Motor Vehicles Department and the official Sarathi service for licensing information and the options available to your record. An issued licence may also be available through an official digital-document service. Download availability changes and depends on the record; this guide does not promise a print-download option for every licence.
Distinguish the document types
A permanent driving licence, learner’s licence, application receipt and record extract have different purposes. Check the document title and actual contents before uploading. Do not treat a payment acknowledgment as licence artwork or assume a long extract can be reduced legibly to a wallet card.
