A little help before you print
Check an Ayushman Card QR and Small Text Before Printing

Preserve the complete downloaded card without replacing its identifiers or scheme artwork.
Use the original card file where possible
A downloaded PDF or original image avoids several rounds of compression. A tiny messaging-app preview can look acceptable on a small screen while losing the QR pattern and fine lettering. Obtain the original document from the holder or official service rather than enlarging the preview.
Inspect the card as a whole
Check the beneficiary name, photograph, identifiers and code, including the blank space around it. Do not cover the QR with decorative artwork or reconstruct missing parts with an image editor. If the source contains a reverse, inspect that too. A successful scan alone does not prove current eligibility or hospital acceptance.
Choose a readable physical layout
The finished wallet card is approximately 85.6 × 54 mm. If your source is a full-page sheet containing several cards, do not assume the entire sheet should shrink onto one card. Ask support about the intended layout and beneficiary file set before ordering. Record changes must be made through the relevant official service.
