Plan passport photo printing and delivery before a deadline

A courier photo order has two stages: preparation and transit. If you need photographs for an appointment today, a normal shipped order may not arrive in time even when printing itself is quick.

Photo-print pages show an estimate of one day to prepare the order and four to seven days in transit. Together this is roughly five to eight days from ordering under the displayed assumptions. These are estimates, not guaranteed appointment dates.

The shipping rule for photo-print carts is ₹60 when the discounted product subtotal is below ₹999, and free shipping when it reaches ₹999. Mixed products, offers and checkout details can affect the final total. Read the shipping policy and review checkout before paying.

What can delay a usable order

An unreadable upload, an unclear custom size or a required file password can prevent preparation from proceeding. Check the portrait and finish the upload before checkout. Enter dimensions and crop requests in Print instructions rather than leaving the team to infer them from a document name.

An estimated delivery date also depends on the destination and courier conditions. The pincode lookup helps identify an area; final serviceability and delivery details are confirmed in checkout. Knowing that a pincode exists does not itself guarantee a courier commitment.

When a local service is more practical

If the receiving organisation has a same-day deadline, consider a local provider that can confirm collection or local delivery. Keep spare prints flat and dry, but remember that some applications require a recent photograph. Extra copies of an outdated portrait do not replace a current-photo requirement.
