Photo print quantity, packs and file instructions

Tell the team how many prints to make from each uploaded file.

The quantity field can count individual prints, complete packs or complete sets. Read its label on the product page before deciding how many files to upload.

Individual-print products

For a standard single-print listing, quantity is the total number of physical prints. If you upload three photographs and order six prints, identify how those six copies should be divided. For example: “A.jpg: 3 copies; B.jpg: 2; C.jpg: 1.” The total in your instructions should match the ordered quantity.

Uploading a file does not itself purchase a copy. Equally, ordering several copies does not require uploading the same original file repeatedly. Use filenames and clear copy counts.

Packs and sets

A retro Set of 16 is a complete set at the listed price. Ordering quantity two purchases two sets. Check whether you want the same set repeated or a second group of photographs, and state that allocation in Print instructions.

Passport packs repeat the chosen portrait according to the selected pack. Their people and copy-count guide explains the separate family and combo options.

Before adding to cart

Finish each upload and resolve any file error. If a supported PDF is locked, provide its file password through the upload control. Use a file password only; do not submit an account password or one-time code.

Check the selected variant, quantity unit, total and written allocation. The cart stores the selected product variant, files and instructions. Contact support before paying when a request changes the product or involves a service not offered on the page. For physical options, browse Photo Prints.
