Every accepted order is laid out for efficient printing, checked at normal viewing size and produced as consistent duplicates. Colours on paper can differ slightly from a phone screen because screens emit light while paper reflects it. We aim for realistic colour and a clean, natural-looking result rather than an artificial beauty-filter appearance. Printed photographs are supplied without a watermark.

The photos may arrive on a neatly arranged sheet or as cut pieces depending on the selected format and production workflow. If your form requires individual cut photographs, mention it in Order Notes. Do not use household inkjet paper or crop a low-resolution screenshot if the receiving body asks for a proper photographic print.

Prices are in Indian rupees and include the selected physical print pack. Delivery charges, if any, are calculated at checkout. Background replacement, custom dimensions or priority handling are charged only when selected or confirmed. Buying a larger pack is useful when the same recent photograph will be used for several forms, IDs or family records.

Background choices that stay easy to understand

Original is included. One common white, light blue or grey replacement for all uploaded people is ₹50 per person; support will confirm any extra charge. “Original” means we retain the visible background in the uploaded photograph and do not charge a background-change fee. The preview swatches are examples of the finished background colour; the print is prepared from the customer’s own uploaded face. When a paid replacement is selected, ₹50 is added to the product price and carried through the cart, checkout and order details so the selected option is visible to both the customer and production team.

A clean replacement works best when the hair, shoulders and clothing are distinct from the original background. Very fine flyaway hair, transparent fabric, motion blur or a strongly coloured light can make edge separation less exact. We use a restrained result with believable edges rather than an obvious cut-out. Background replacement does not fix an unsuitable pose, hidden face or severe blur.

How to upload your photograph and order

1. Select the photo pack. Choose 2 People × 8 Photos, 4 People × 8 Photos, 6 People × 8 Photos. This is the number of individual prints inside one pack.
2. Confirm the size. This listing uses Eight 35 × 45 mm prints per person. If another exact size is offered, select it before checkout.
3. Choose the background. Keep the original at no extra editing charge or select an available replacement. Read the current official rule first.

What arrives in the package

You receive the selected number of real, physical photographs printed from the uploaded image on premium photo paper in the chosen finish. The crop and permitted basic corrections are applied consistently to the pack. A rigid card or protective sleeve helps reduce bending, rubbing and moisture exposure during courier handling. A digital passport photo, editable file, passport, application form, frame or ID card is not included unless a separate listing explicitly says so.

Orders usually enter production after payment and after a usable file has been received. Normal dispatch is 1–2 business days; typical courier delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote postcodes, public holidays, weather and courier network conditions can take longer. Tracking is shared when available. For a time-sensitive requirement, use the Express listing and still keep enough time for possible courier delay.

Privacy and secure handling of uploaded photographs

Your photograph is used to prepare, print, quality-check and fulfil the order. Access should be limited to authorised production and support personnel who need it for those purposes. We do not sell uploaded photographs or use them for advertising, model training or unrelated promotional material without separate permission. Files may be stored temporarily in the commerce and production systems needed to complete the order, resolve a support issue, prevent fraud or meet legal and accounting obligations.

Upload only the portrait required for printing. Please do not upload a full Aadhaar card, passport data page, PAN card, signature, bank detail or application form. If a document is accidentally included, contact support promptly. You can ask support about deletion after the replacement or return window has passed, subject to backups and records that must be retained by law.
