What you receive

You receive the selected number of personalised physical posters, printed from the files and options submitted with the order. No frame, glass, acrylic, canvas, photo album, magnet, display stand or equipment is included unless a separate product option explicitly says so.

File quality and responsible enhancement

Use original, high-resolution JPG, JPEG, PNG or WebP files where possible. Basic preparation can include sensible cropping, orientation, lighting balance and restrained colour correction. We do not change a person’s identity, alter faces or bodies, create missing details or perform misleading retouching. Final colour can vary slightly from a phone screen because photographic paper reflects light instead of emitting it.

Personalised-product policy

Production begins after payment and usable files are received. Personalised items cannot normally be returned for a change of mind after production starts. Contact support promptly if the parcel is damaged, the supplied quantity or size differs from the order, or a verified production error has occurred. Uploaded photographs are used only for order preparation, fulfilment, support and legitimate recordkeeping.
