Classic Photo Prints made for real Indian memories
Most photographs now remain inside a phone gallery, even when the memory deserves to be held, shared or placed safely in a family album. Classic Photo Prints give those digital files a useful physical form. They can be passed around at a family gathering, added to a scrapbook, sent to grandparents, used in a school project, included in a gift or stored as a personal collection.
This listing is for loose printed photographs only. Frames, albums, magnets, acrylic panels, canvas, glass and display accessories are not included. Each photograph is printed from the customer’s uploaded file on photo paper, cut to the selected size and supplied in the quantity entered by the customer. The prints are produced using an A3-capable Epson printing workflow and basic production cutting tools, so every offered size can be manufactured honestly without implying industrial finishing that is not part of the product.
Customers searching for photo printing online often see a mixture of downloadable collages, framed gifts and physical prints. This product is specifically for physical photo prints. You upload the image files online, but the order arrives by courier as tangible paper photographs. There is no watermark on the finished print.
Available Classic Photo Print sizes

| Print size | Best suited to | Important note |
|---|---|---|
| 4×6 inches | Everyday family, travel and album photographs | Classic 2:3 camera-print proportion |
| 5×7 inches | Gifts, desk displays and larger album pages | Some images may require a small crop |
| 6×8 inches | Portraits, school projects and memory displays | Uses a 3:4 proportion |
| 8×10 inches | Large portraits and unframed display prints | Uses a 4:5 proportion |
| A4 | Posters, collages and large photographs | Approximately 210 × 297 mm |
| A3 | Large unframed photo or project prints | Approximately 297 × 420 mm |
Choose the size before uploading whenever possible because different sizes use different proportions. A phone image that fits 4×6 perfectly may need a small crop for 5×7 or 8×10. We keep important faces and subjects inside the printable area wherever the source photograph allows. When a crop would remove something important, our team may use a narrow white margin or contact the customer for guidance rather than cutting away a face.
A3 and A4 products are supplied without a frame. They may arrive flat or with suitable protective support depending on the order and courier method. Do not assume that wall clips, adhesive tape or display boards shown in lifestyle photography are included.
Choose the exact number of Classic Photo Prints you need
Use the normal quantity box to enter the total number of physical photographs required. You are not restricted to a fixed pack. Upload one or more images and mention duplicate-copy instructions in Order Notes so the production team knows how the quantity should be divided.
The product price updates automatically when the print size or quantity changes. Higher order quantities receive the applicable bulk rate, while shipping is handled separately in the cart. One product quantity always means one physical print.
Glossy and matte photo-paper options
Glossy photo paper gives photographs a smooth reflective surface, strong apparent contrast and lively colour. It is a familiar choice for family albums, travel memories and general photo printing. Reflections may be visible under direct light, and fingerprints can show more easily on dark areas.
Matte photo paper has a lower-glare surface and a softer presentation. It can be easier to handle for school projects, scrapbooks and displays viewed under overhead lighting. Matte does not mean waterproof, scratch-proof or fade-proof. Both finishes should be handled with clean, dry hands and kept away from moisture, prolonged direct sunlight and rough surfaces.
The colour and brightness seen on a phone can differ from the final paper print. Screens emit light and often use automatic brightness, while paper reflects room light. We aim for balanced, natural-looking output rather than oversaturated colour or an artificial beauty-filter effect.
Print-quality and production details

Every accepted file is checked for basic orientation, visible resolution problems and obviously unsuitable cropping before the print layout is prepared. Standard preparation can include rotation, proportionate cropping, mild exposure balancing and restrained colour correction. These adjustments are intended to help the file reproduce naturally on paper; they are not a full professional retouching or restoration service.
We do not change faces, reshape bodies, replace people, add missing details or apply misleading identity alterations. Old, damaged or very low-resolution photographs cannot be made genuinely sharp simply by enlarging them. A large A3 print needs more source detail than a 4×6 print. If a file is too small for the chosen size, support may recommend a smaller print or request the original file.
Clean cut edges are produced with practical paper-cutting tools. A very small manufacturing tolerance can occur, especially when several items are trimmed from a larger sheet. Colours, trim position and border width may vary slightly within normal personalised-print production tolerances. These differences are not the same as a serious defect.
Photo-upload checklist
- Upload original camera files instead of screenshots or images re-saved from WhatsApp.
- Use sharp, well-lit photographs with the main subject clearly visible.
- Check that no face is accidentally cropped at the edge of the source file.
- Avoid heavy social-media filters, stickers, date stamps and downloaded watermarks.
- Use sRGB JPG or PNG files where possible for predictable colour handling.
- Keep individual files within the upload limit shown on the product page.
- Remove accidental duplicates before uploading unless duplicate prints are required.
- Do not upload Aadhaar cards, bank details, signatures or unrelated private documents.
- For A4 and A3, use the highest-resolution version available.
- Explain any essential crop, orientation or duplicate instruction in Order Notes.
A photograph does not need to come from an expensive camera. A recent phone image can print well when the lens was clean, the subject was in focus and the file has not been compressed repeatedly. Digital zoom, motion blur and screenshots are common causes of disappointing enlargements.
Protective packaging and delivery across India

Completed prints are grouped carefully and protected with an inner sleeve or suitable wrapping. Rigid backing helps reduce bending during courier handling, while an outer moisture-resistant packet provides an additional barrier during transit. Packaging may vary with print size and order quantity, but the aim is always to keep the photographic surfaces clean and the corners supported.
Normal dispatch is generally 1–2 business days after usable files and payment are received. Typical delivery is approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on postcode, courier serviceability, public holidays, weather and network conditions. These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery appointments.
Open the packet on a clean, dry surface and avoid cutting deeply into the package. Handle photographs by their edges where practical. Store unused prints flat in an album, envelope or photo-safe sleeve away from moisture and prolonged direct sunlight.

What the customer receives
The package contains the selected number of loose physical photo prints in one chosen size and one chosen surface finish. It also includes the protective production packaging needed for dispatch. It does not include digital editing files, a frame, album, adhesive, clip, magnet, glass, acrylic, canvas, stand or wall-mounting hardware.
Privacy and handling of uploaded photographs
Uploaded files are used to prepare, print, quality-check, support and fulfil the order. Access should be limited to authorised production or support personnel who need the photographs for those purposes. Gift Kida does not sell customer photographs or use them for unrelated advertising without separate permission. Files can remain temporarily in commerce, production, backup or support systems for order fulfilment, dispute handling, fraud prevention and lawful recordkeeping.
Customers should upload only the images needed for printing. If an unrelated sensitive document is uploaded accidentally, contact support promptly. Questions about file deletion after the replacement window can be sent to Gift Kida support, subject to backups and legal retention requirements.
Planning a mixed photo-print order
A larger photo-print order does not need to use one repeated photograph. It can combine recent phone pictures, older scanned images, wedding photographs, children’s milestones, travel scenes and everyday family moments. Before uploading, place the files in one folder and remove accidental duplicates. If a particular image needs several copies, rename it clearly or write a simple list in Order Notes. This small preparation helps production follow the customer’s intention without adding another complicated quantity panel to the product page.
For a consistent album, use one print size throughout the order. A mixed project can still be placed as separate product lines—for example, 4×6 prints for an album, 5×7 portraits for relatives and one A4 enlargement for display. The product quantity always represents the number of physical prints for that selected size and finish. Add another line to the cart when a different size or paper finish is required.
Allow a little safe space around important faces when preparing files. Camera photographs commonly use a 2:3 ratio, while 5×7, 6×8, 8×10 and A-series paper have different shapes. Filling the paper can therefore remove a narrow strip from an edge. A border can sometimes preserve the complete image, although the visible picture area becomes slightly smaller. State the preference in Order Notes when the choice between crop and border matters.
Returns and replacements for personalised prints
Because each order is manufactured from customer-supplied photographs, change-of-mind returns are not accepted after production starts. Contact support within 48 hours of delivery if the parcel is visibly damaged, the supplied size or quantity differs from the order, the wrong customer files were printed, or a clear production defect affects the result. Provide the order number and clear photographs of the packaging and affected prints.
A customer-selected wrong size, low-resolution upload, unwanted crop caused by the source composition, normal screen-to-paper colour difference or changed personal preference is not automatically a manufacturing defect. Verified eligible cases can be reprinted or replaced after review.
Frequently asked questions
Can I upload different photographs in one order?
Yes. Upload multiple photographs and use Order Notes when an image needs more than one copy.
Will you crop my photographs?
Proportionate cropping may be needed when the source image and selected print size have different shapes. Important faces are protected where possible. Add a note when a particular edge or subject must remain visible.
Which finish should I choose?
Glossy provides a brighter, reflective traditional photo look. Matte reduces glare and fingerprints. Neither option should be described as waterproof or fade-proof.
Are frames or albums included?
No. This listing supplies loose physical photo prints and protective delivery packaging only.
Can a WhatsApp image be printed at A3 size?
It can be printed, but a compressed WhatsApp file may look soft or pixelated when enlarged. Upload the original high-resolution image whenever possible, especially for A4 and A3.
Short production disclaimer
Personalised physical product. Print colour can differ slightly from a phone or computer display. Minor trim tolerances may occur. Output quality depends strongly on the uploaded file. Unlaminated Classic Photo Prints are not waterproof. No unsupported archival or fade-proof guarantee is made.
