Only include information that the card owner and the organisation are authorised to print. Keep important names, logos, dates, contact details and code areas away from the trimmed edge. A clean original export normally prints more clearly than a messaging-app thumbnail or compressed screenshot.

Finish, Colour and Care

Screen colours emit light while print reflects surrounding light, so small colour differences are normal. PVC tolerates ordinary wallet handling better than unlaminated paper, but it is not indestructible. Avoid repeated bending, sharp objects, high heat, abrasive cleaners and solvents. Wipe away light droplets with a soft cloth; do not soak or wash the card.
